House Rules - MacMillan Holiday Villas

MacMillan’s Holiday Villa is purposefully designed for those who are driven by their passion for water sports, those who are guided by the wind and the sea.

MAKE A RESERVATION

General

We have some house rules that need to be respected in order to make your stay and that of others comfortable as possible.

For one, we asked our guest to respect each other’s privacy. Another one is that we have taken much attention in the interior of the Villas. We much appreciate if our guests will be careful with the objects of the Villas. Accidents are always possible, but damages need to be paid for.

Tranquility

Please respect each other’s well deserved sleep and try to be quiet should you come in at a later hour.
Noise on the premises will not be accepted. Please respect our neighbours.

Cleaningness / Personal Belongings

Your personal things have to be kept in the rooms and out of the way for other purposes. Rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, the lounge, verandahs should be kept tidy and clean at all times.

Smoking

SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN THE PREMISES in conformity with Seychelles laws regarding Smoking. Smoking is allowed outside the Villas. Don’t throw your cigarettes in the garden or car park.

Alcohol / Drugs

The trade of use of drugs and alcohol abuse are also not permitted.

Theft / Loss & Personal Injury

We accept no responsibility for any loos, accident, personal injury, medical expenses or property damage caused by personal negligence or y any other circumstances beyond our control. When you fail to comply with the Villas Rules we are forced to immediately terminate your stay. We ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding the villas Rules. This is to ensure that everyone has a pleasant stay here.

Moving Of Furniture

Guests have to respect the decorations of the Villas. We do not allowed that furniture is moved from the rooms to be placed everywhere.

Security

Please ensure you don’t lose keys of the property or

Ensure bedroom and kitchen door and window, also front and back exit door is always locked if you leave the property.

T.V.

TV is free in all the Villas. Several channels are available including all major new channels.

Telephone

Telephone is free and unlimited for local calls only.

Wifi Usage

WIFI is free throughout the premises. Wifi User Name and Password is available in the lounge TV area.

Wifi is tested to ensure it rums effectively throughout the property.

In the unlikely event of slow not working internet connection could all guests please ensure that all unused apps/internet pages open on devices (smart phones, tv’s or laptops) all closed. This will give guests more freedom to use the wifi.

Please do not permit music/films being downloaded on devices within the property.

Guests Parking

Parking is available on the premises for 8 vehicles.

Recycling And Waste Collection

The property has a waste collection service. Use the waste bin in the bathroom for bathroom waste, the waste bin in the kitchen for kitchen waste. Our Housekeeper will ensure that wastes are collected on a daily basis and deposited at the bin site situated on the premises. Waste generated at the property are collected and disposed of on a regular basis by a licensed waste carrier.

Water Heating

Water heating is available on the property. Each Villa is equipped with a 300 litre solar heating system
which supplies hot water to the bathrooms, kitchens and outside sinks.

Health And Safety

Health and safety of our guests is a priority. There are Smoke Detectors in all the rooms on the premises. In the event of fire, escaped routes are through the exit points in the front and back of the Villas to a safe assembly point in the space in the car park clear from the building.

There are First Aid kits available in all Villas which complies with the current guidelines from the Health Authority and the stock is replenished as necessary.
