The Grand Anse beach situated on the east side of Praslin is a beautiful beach that is spread over 3 km in length. It is very pleasant to walk, take photos or swimming and water sports. The beach is at its best during the Northwest Monsoon when the sea here is clam and clear. During the Southeast Trade Winds, seaweed occasionally washes into the bay.
